2026 CURRENT & UPCOMING CALLS – THEME, JUROR & SUBMISSION DATE.
- APRIL, “GET REAL?” LINK TO CALL
- This is the show where realism rules. Bay Area Artists are asked to submit work that encompasses or references the principles of realism, photorealism, hyperrealism or even surrealism. Artwork might depict identifiable people, objects, etc. or maybe create completely imaginary worlds. All 2D and 3D media, and all artistic styles are welcome, [except video].

- What comes to mind when we think of water? Do you think about tears or sweat expelled from the body or dewdrops on a petal? Do you envision swimmers in a pool, glittering schools of fish or an unseen viewer gazing at a seascape. Maybe your thoughts turn to sizzling deserts or our obligation to keep our rivers and oceans clean. Artists are asked to submit work that references water or the lack of it . All 2D and 3D media, and all artistic styles are welcome, [except video].

- We celebrate the winter solstice by inviting artists to submit work that’s bright, colorful and emphasize light. Artists are welcome to submit works that glitter, sparkle or shine. Choose bold chiaroscuro or delicate sfumato or be literal with your imagery or medium. All 2D and 3D media, and all artistic styles are welcome, [except video].
