Open to all Bay Area Artists: April Gallery Show
“Textures and Patterns”
Submissions: FEBRUARY 9 – MARCH 2
Gallery Exhibit: APRIL 2 – MAY 4
San Francisco Women Artists (SFWA) invites all Bay Area artists (male and female) to submit work for this juried gallery exhibition. The theme for this show is “Textures & Patterns” – abundant in nature and art. Consider the interplay of light and shadow, textures and patterns made both by chance and by design. Subtle or bold, we might capture what we see or create a work made with textures or patterns, delicate textures of impasto painting, woven and collaged materials, sewing and embroidery, fiber, papers, and more.
Juror: Deborah Corsini, artist, teacher, curator, former curator San Jose Museum of Textiles
